Over the years we have found that students who show the highest rate of improvement from our subject seminars, have usually taken this session (research data from student surveys). This is a 2.5 hour session.

Note: This seminar is useful for students of all ability levels. It is highly recommended but not compulsory.

In this special Term 3 'exam focus' session you'll learn how to:

 

  • Cope with stress and use it to bring out your personal best in the final 6 weeks
  • Begin a simple study plan to maximise exam study, step by step
  • Achieve more revision of higher quality in less time
  • Develop your skills for memory, understanding and applying your knowledge to complex questions
  • Use simple inner mental training skills to generate energy and focus quickly and clearly
