Private Tuition Fees and Prices

Your total fee is unconditionally refunded if we do not contact you with your tutor details within 7 days of your call.
Summary of Once Off Fees:

Year 3 - 7 fee = $97 placement fee for one or more subjects.
$45 orientation session (1 hour) = $142.00

Year 8 - 10 fee = $103 placement fee for first subject plus
$50 orientation session (1 hour) = $153.00
Subsequent subjects $78 plus $45 orientation session = $133.00

Year 11 - 12 fee = $129 placement fee for first subject plus
$82.50 orientation session (1.5 hours) = $211.50
Subsequent subjects $99 plus $82.50 orientation session = $181.50

Tertiary fee = $130 placement fee for first subject plus
$90 orientation session (1.5 hours) = $220.00
Subsequent subjects $100 plus $90 orientation session = $190.00

You pay your tutor direct for all tuition occuring after this orientation session (see below)
Year 3-7 $45 per hour
Year 8-10 $50 per hour
Year 11 and 12 $55 per hour
Tertiary $60 per hour

Private tuition usually occurs in your home, or can be held in the tutor's home (if agreed). Alternatively, small group sessions (2 - 3 students) can be arranged in your home. Costs available on request. All tutors are qualified professionals in their field. Our usual and clear preference is for qualified teachers. We do not usually employ university students, although on some occasions in some subjects you may prefer this at $35 per hour. You will be given full details of your prospective tutor prior to the first session.
