Private Tuition Information

Private tuition usually occurs in your home, or can be held in the tutor's home (if agreed). All tutors are qualified professionals in their field, our usual and clear preference is for qualified teachers. You will be given full details of your prospective tutor prior to the first session. We are here to find the best possible tutor for you, so we always try our best to accommodate any circumstance.

To make the Private Tuition process easy to understand we have broken it down into 4 easy to follow steps:

Step 1 - Fill out the Private Tuition Registration Form and either mail/fax it to our office or drop it in yourself
Step 2 - You will initially be contacted by our Private Tuition Coordinator within 48 hours to confirm your details, then allow up to 5 business days for an appropriate tutor to be organised
Step 3 - Once contacted with the tutor details, the tutor will contact you to arrange an Orientation Session *which has already been paid to ATC upon registration*
Step 4 - Sessions after the Orientation Session are paid directly to the tutor at the hourly rate agreed upon on registration (see recommended hourly rates here)
